2025 Tourism Day at the Capitol  -  Wednesday March 5, 2025

 Join your industry partners for Tourism Day at the Capitol on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025. 

11:00 am: Lunch/ Event Huddle at Hyatt Regency Atlanta
  • Location at Hyatt: Executive Conference Suite 219
  • Sub Sandwiches, chips, and a drink will be provided
  • Event discussion with talking points and handouts
1 pm: Arrive at Capitol 
  • (4) 6ft tables with black linens will be provided
  • (2) of the tables will have fried pies from The Varsity and Coke products to give away
  • (2) of the tables will be loaded with Destination Specific giveaways. 
2 pm: Group Photograph with check + Remarks at Podium
2 pm - 4 pm: Meet with legislators. A list will be shared with GACVB members, along with a script, to simplify the process of contacting and meeting with their legislators during their visit. 
 
6:00 pm: Networking reception at White Oak Kitchen and Cocktails
  • Dinner, beer, and wine provided
6:30 pm: Remarks
 
8:00 pm: Adjourn
