 We are proud to partner with the Georgia Hotel & Lodging Association, Entertainment Alliance of Georgia, Georgia Grown, and Georgia Rivers Network to demonstrate the strength of our thriving tourism industry at the 2026 Tourism Day at the Capitol on March 5, 2026.

Look for greeters from Dart Transportation wearing pink vests for assistance.

  • We will meet as a group and discuss the agenda and talking points and eat lunch

  • Six (6) 6-foot tables placed throughout the South Wing with black linen
  • Quick note: We are not providing Georgia bags this year, but destinations are encouraged to bring giveaways or promotional items if you choose!

Free Time at Capitol to Meet with Representatives​

  • We strongly encourage attendees to schedule meetings with their elected officials in advance
  • Shuttles will run on a continuous loop beginning at 3:00 PM from the Capitol back to the Omni every 30 minutes.

Evening reception with elected officials NOW at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park – Atrium

  •  Elected officials have been invited to attend, making this a prime opportunity to connect and showcase the power of Georgia tourism. Please call, email, and text your representatives and encourage them to attend!
  • Heavy Appetizers & Beer and Wine will be served

 Event Concludes

  • GACVB Members & Partners are encouraged to enjoy the Atlanta dining scene on their own.
