The Georgia Association of CVBs is committed to your return on your investment!  The Annual Conference is a once-a-year opportunity to network and present your products/services to the executive-level destination marketing community in Georgia.  Attendance averages 150+ and sponsor/exhibitor tables are limited to 25 vendors.

To encourage attendees to visit each table, the exhibit area is adjacent to the main meeting area.  Our sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to take part in the sessions, the luncheon and attend the evening events.  All meal functions are included in your investment.

All conference partnership packages include an exhibit table.  Tables are assigned in sponsorship level order.  Exhibitor tables are assigned based on registration date, so confirm your participation early to get the best spot.  Confirmed sponsors and exhibitors will receive attendee list updates prior to the conference and a final registration contact list after the conference. 

Set up hours are Day 1 from 9:00am until 1:00pm.  The conference begins at 1:30pm.  Please plan to attend the Opening General Session at 1:30pm where all sponsors and exhibitors are recognized for their support. Breakdown may not begin until 10:30am on Day 3 at the conclusion of the morning break.  

Exhibitor partners - $750  (GACVB Member rate), $800 with Power outlet  /  $900 (Non Member rate), $950 Non-member w/ power 

  • Limited to 20 exhibitors
  • Tables assigned in chronological order by registration date.
  • Registration fee included for one attendee (additional attendees $295 each)
  • Registration fee includes all sessions, meals and evening events
  • 6’ clothed and skirted table located in exhibit area during entire conference.
  • Listing in meeting agenda and event signage
  • Complete meeting attendee list in Excel (updates available prior to conference)

Refreshment Break Partners - $1,500

  • Limited to 2 partners per break
  • Choose from  Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon, or Wednesday morning
  • If there is no preference, break sponsors will be assigned in chronological order by registration date
  • Registration fee included for one attendee (additional attendees $295 each)
  • Registration fee includes all sessions, meals and evening events
  • 6’ clothed and skirted table located in exhibit area during entire conference.
  • Logo in meeting agenda, website (with link) and sponsorship signage
  • Partner signage prominently displayed during break
  • Verbal recognition and introduction during meeting
  • Complete meeting attendee list in Excel (updates available prior to conference)

Lunch $2,500 or Session Partners $2,000

  • Limited to 2 partners per lunch or 1 partner per general session or breakout series
  • Lunch - Tuesday's Luncheon - NEW TravelBlazers recognition program
  • Session - Choose from Monday's Opening General Session, Wednesday's Closing General Session, or the LEC Breakout Sessions.
  • Registration fee included for two attendees (additional attendees $295)
  • Registration fee includes all sessions, meals and evening events
  • 6’ clothed and skirted exhibit table in a prominent location during entire conference.
  • Logo featured in meeting agenda, website (with link) and sponsorship signage
  • Partner signage with logo prominently displayed during lunch
  • Verbal recognition and introduction during meeting
  • Complete meeting attendee list in Excel (updates available prior to conference)
  • Opportunity to speak for 2-3 minutes before sponsored function
  • Opportunity to introduce a speaker at selected breakout or general session
  • Opportunity to place Promotional gift at each seat (optional; paper flyers not accepted)

Dinner Partners - $3,500          

  • Limited to 2 partners per evening event
  • Choose from Day 1 or Day 2 event
  • Registration Fee included for three attendees (additional attendees $295)
  • Registration fee includes all sessions, meals and evening events
  • 6’ clothed and skirted exhibit table in a prominent location during entire conference.
  • Logo prominently featured in meeting agenda, website (with link) and sponsorship signage
  • Partner Signage with logo prominently displayed during dinner
  • Verbal recognition and introduction during meeting
  • Complete meeting attendee list in Excel (updates available prior to conference)
  • Opportunity to speak for 2-3 minutes before sponsored function
  • Opportunity to place Promotional gift at each set (optional; paper flyers not accepted)

Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Policies:

- All who attend the conference must be registered and paid in full prior to their entry into the event, including primary and additional representatives of all sponsor and exhibitor partners.
- Partner and exhibitor payments are due 30 business days prior to the meeting to confirm reservation of exhibit booth or table.
- All sponsors and exhibitors must be paid in full, either by check or credit card, 30 business days prior to the meeting.
- Unless special payment arrangements have been made with the GACVB office, all sponsor and exhibitor payments must be received prior to the meeting.
If a partner or exhibitor must cancel before the 61st day prior to the meeting, a refund will be processed minus a $50 processing fee.
We regret that sponsor/exhibitor refunds cannot be made within 60 days of the meeting.
- Trading of name badges is not allowed.
- Any meeting space needs beyond the exhibit table or exhibit booth assigned must be coordinated prior to the meeting, preferably at least a month prior and all onsite adjustments must be approved and coordinated with GACVB staff.
